1. 서비스

MOSIMO는 기기와 앱으로 음성 대화, 날씨, 일정, 검색 등을 제공하는 AI 서비스입니다. 현재 시제품 단계로, 기능과 제공 범위가 예고 없이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다.

2. AI 답변

답변은 AI가 생성하며 틀리거나 오래된 내용일 수 있습니다. 의료·법률·금융 등 중요한 판단에는 반드시 전문가나 원문을 확인해 주세요.

3. 이용자의 의무

법을 어기거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 용도, 서비스를 방해하거나 과도하게 사용하는 행위를 금지합니다. 회사는 남용을 막기 위해 하루 이용 횟수를 제한할 수 있습니다.

4. 계정과 연결

Google·Apple 계정, 메일·캘린더 연결은 이용자가 선택하며 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.

5. 지식재산

MOSIMO 이름, 캐릭터, 소프트웨어의 권리는 회사에 있습니다.

6. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. 준거법

이 약관은 일본법을 따르며, 분쟁은 도쿄지방재판소를 제1심 전속 관할로 합니다.

1. 本サービス

MOSIMOは、デバイスとアプリで音声会話、天気、予定、検索などを提供するAIサービスです。現在はプロトタイプ段階であり、機能や提供範囲は予告なく変更・終了することがあります。

2. AIの回答

回答はAIが生成するもので、誤りや古い内容を含むことがあります。医療・法律・金融など重要な判断には、必ず専門家や原典をご確認ください。

3. 利用者の義務

法令違反や第三者の権利侵害、本サービスを妨げる行為や過度な利用を禁止します。当社は不正利用防止のため1日の利用回数を制限することがあります。

4. アカウントと連携

Google・Appleアカウント、メール・カレンダーの連携は利用者が選択し、いつでも解除できます。

5. 知的財産

MOSIMOの名称、キャラクター、ソフトウェアの権利は当社に帰属します。

6. 責任の制限

法令が許す範囲で、当社は本サービスの利用により生じた間接損害について責任を負いません。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. The Service

MOSIMO is an AI service that offers voice conversation, weather, schedules, search and more through a device and an app. It is a prototype; features and availability may change or end without notice.

2. AI answers

Answers are generated by AI and may be wrong or out of date. For important medical, legal or financial decisions, always check with a professional or the original source.

3. Your obligations

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt the Service or use it excessively. We may limit daily use to prevent abuse.

4. Accounts and linking

Linking a Google or Apple account, mail or calendars is your choice, and you can unlink at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The MOSIMO name, characters and software belong to SUHO Inc.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance.
